ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT

On Monday 10th October Union Secretary Graham Bird, Area Organiser Jim Brittain and Works Delegate Graham Tonkin met with Company officials Mez Woodward and Oliver Halliwell for preliminary discussions in relation to an Enterprise Bargaining Agreement to cover wages and conditions of employees at KR Castlemaine.

The Company say they are looking for flexibility and productivity increases in any Agreement.

The Union indicated we required a proper set of wages and conditions for all employees.

A further meeting has been organized for Monday 14th November at Castlemaine, when the Company will give a more detailed outline of how they believe the requirements of both parties can be met.

Once we find out how the Company believes this can be achieved, we will begin discussions with all employees.
