Coordinated by the Conference of Major Super Funds (CMSF), the Super Cadets programme identifies the next generation of leaders for the $290 billion not for profit superannuation industry.

During the cadetship, cadets will be employed by a participating super fund while receiving four weeks residential training and an industry placement.  Super Cadets is more than just a job.

Positions will include communications, marketing, client services, member services, investment and policy/research.

We are looking for people from all walks of life.  Recent graduates and post-graduate students from all disciplines are encouraged to apply.   Applications from professional candidates currently in the workforce will also be well regarded.  Super Cadets offers a competitive salary and excellent working conditions.  The cadetships will commence in January 2006.
